Please note: All engraved jewelry cannot be accepted back as an exchange. However, when you obtain a tungsten carbide ring that has been engraved and it's the incorrect size, we can implement the lifetime guarantee.

1. Please download, print and fill out our RMA form.

2. When packing your order, please secure the item(s) and contain all original paperwork. This consists of the invoice, the completed RMA form, and also the jewelry box. NOTE: Please usually do not write something on the outside of the box that would indicate jewelry inside. Don't write diamonds, jewelry, gold, or anything that indicates what's inside the package.
